An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Sebastian
Thank you for your inquiry.
The email subject displayed in the Name column is truncated to fit the SharePoint limit of maximum length - (which also includes the full URL ) for some SharePoint versions. This is standardised to accomodate all versions of SharePoint (2007/2010/2013).
A potential work around could be to add the Email Subject column to your view.
I hope this assists, please let me know if you have any further queries or issues

Thank you for your inquiry.
Users do not require admin rights, however the software must be installed on each computer.
OnePlaceMail Enterprise, is also installed on client machines. Our Enterprise version has added features, that are not available with the Express version.

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Michael
Thank you for clarifying your issue.
At the current time, this is not an option - however I have added this as a suggestion to our product back log for consideration.
Best practice is to send links, however appreciate this does not assist in the scenario you have described.
A possible work around, is to not select "would you like to save this to SharePoint" . This will leave the attachment - the user could then right click on the attachment after sending, and select "Copy to SharePoint"
I hope this helps, and I will update this thread as anything changes in this regard.
Kind regards

Thank you for your inquiry.
Do you mean the 'Prompt to 'Save to SharePoint' when adding attachments to an email'? This can be turned on/off via OnePlaceMail Settings, Outlook

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedAs an aside to this issue -
If Office web apps is configured in your SharePoint environment (available for SharePoint 2010, 2013 and Office 365), OnePlaceMail will use this to perform a server based previews of content where possible.
If the Office web apps server is not enabled within your SharePoint environment or the file type is not supported, a local preview of the file will be provided.
