Drag and drop files from explorer (fileshare) into app
It would be nice to drag and drop files from windows explorer or finder (mac osx) into the app without loosing the current user friendliness.

We couldn't find your root SharePoint URL - 400 Error Resource not found
We got an error to connect on SharePoint online:
"We couldn't find your SharePoint URL. The message we received was: 400 - Resource not found for the segment 'sharepoint'."
The person has a sharepoint license (Office 365 E3). Could it be, that the problem comes from the same ID/UPN for Microsoft and Organizational account (Office 365)?

I can't change the Sharepoint address in the Mac version
I don't seem to have the option to change the Sharepoint address in the Mac version of OnePlace Mail; our Sharepoint address is slightly different to the 365 domain.
How can I do this?

I am a commercial lawyer and current user of OnePlaceMail, which has been invaluable for managing our legal correspondence in SharePoint with its robust metadata handling capabilities.
I am writing to request a new feature: the ability to simultaneously send and save emails to SharePoint. This would streamline our workflow by:
Reducing the number of steps required to process outgoing correspondence
Ensuring consistent metadata capture at the point of sending
Improving compliance with our document management protocols
This functionality would be particularly beneficial for legal professionals who need to maintain comprehensive records of all outgoing correspondence while preserving crucial metadata.…1 vote -
managed metadata picker
Support tells me that the 'Managed Metadata Picker" functionality that existed in the old add-in is not available in the Web Add-in. I'm not sure how users are supposed to know all of the available choices of a Managed Metadata field in order to use the Type-Ahead feature to fill in this metadata. A user could be saving emails to dozens of libraries each using multiple Managed Metadata columns. They need to be able to see a drop-down of the options for those fields that they can choose from. This is a huge drop in efficiency and has caused several…

Show suggested locations in OnePlaceMail App
The old OnePlaceMail AddIn for Outlook has a great feature: Suggested Locations
It helps to quickly find and select the right SharePoint location with only 1 click. It is escpecially helpful when you have a lot of projects and you cant pin all your possible and often needed locations to the Recent locations.
It would be much appreciated if this feature is also available with the new OnePlaceMail App.1 vote
