    Hi Daniel,

    There is no server component for SharePoint Online. Are you able to confirm you can navigate to the location in the browser? Also, can you please send through a screenshot, this might assist in troubleshooting.

    Thanks for the feedback. - OnePlace Solutions will show the default view that is applied in the Document library as the first view presented. Additional views can be viewed in OnePlaceDocs by selecting the view in the drop down list.

    Further to this, if you do want to set a default view in SharePoint, and set a different view to be automatically shown in OnePlaceDocs and OnePlaceMail, this is possible through the configuration service setting.

    The item to be configured is "Content View”". Here you can enter the "Explorer View" and this will be the default view presented when you browse any library via OnePlaceMail or OnePlaceDocs.

    I'd like to take the opportunity to highlight the navigation tree - type ahead filtering

    When you are saving an email and need to create a new document set or folder in a library, you can:
    - right click on the library
    -select 'New document set or folder'
    -create the folder

    This will then be added to the library. So you can save immediately to that library, if you use the type-ahead filtering on the navigation tree you can enter the name of the folder you just created. -

    Just Select the library you just created the folder in, and start typing the name of the new folder.

    This is a fast way to quickly navigate to the location that has just been created. This will remove scrolling down the navigation tree to find the right location.

    it seems you are referring to the legal matter blog that details how Solution Profiles can be used to deliver specific locations to end users.

    We do not provision the client or matter list, this is a custom list created with any columns that are relevant to your organisation.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Just to confirm the current process, when the 'send and file' button is selected, the email is sent and placed in the 'Sent Items' folder in Outlook. The email should also be tagged with a "Transferred to SharePoint" category.

    I will add this to our backlog and update once there is any change to this.

    Thanks for your comment. Right now, we are only supporting Office 365 in the Outlook App for Outlook on devices.

    We still are developing our desktop addin, which allows you to connect to and save emails from Outlook to SharePoint on-premises.
