An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Marius
Thanks for creating a new thread on this issue.
As mentioned, this is currently an issue with Office 2016.
Could you please advise if you have only tried to copy the attachment via the preview pane? Is there a different outcome if you open the email completely, and attempt right click - Copy Attachment(s) to SharePoint?
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Sreejith
Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please confirm whether these document libraries use the default library template, or have a custom template ID?
If they have been created with a different template ID,you will need to carry out a config_update.xml with stating the the custom template ID.
Please see further information here:

Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
This is a not something we control. This would be the case for PST's and controlled by Microsoft side.

Thank you for your inquiry and sending through the screenshot.
When you select the entry, where the details are not shown, can you please confirm whether the "SharePoint" menu appears in Outlook?
If not, please follow these steps:
1. Select entry in left hand side of Outlook screen
2. Select Folder in Outlook Menu
3. Select Folder Properties in Outlook Ribbon
4. Select homepage tab, and ensure the checkbox is selected

Thank you for the feedback.
I will add this to our product backlog and advise once this has been included.
As a workaround, you could use the type ahead feature, when a column allows for multiple terms.

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Vincent
Thank you for your inquiry.
The config files for OnePlaceMail/OnePlace Solutions need to be stored in %appdata%\roaming\OnePlaceSolutions (within the user profile).
This is not configurable and cannot be changed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Patrick !
Unfortunately there is no option currently to hide or amend the tool tips in OnePlaceMail.
I've added this to our product backlog, for something to consider in later releases. Once this has been reviewed, I will update this thread with the outcome

Please select the following link for a series of examples and information on the button labels in OnePlaceMail
http://www.oneplacesolutions.com/help/7.2/#!Modules/2/Documents/outlook20102013visualization.htm
the tag to hide the launch button would be:
ribbonObject action="delete" tag="Home_LaunchMenu"/>
ribbonObject action="insert" tag="Home_LaunchMenu" visible="false"
Setting the visible action to false, will hide this from the end user.
The following link, contains the relevant information to remove the ability to add a site collection/site to the OnePlaceMail settings
http://www.oneplacesolutions.com/help/7.2/#!Modules/2/Documents/manageconnections.htm
Please let me know if you would like further information or examples to enable these settings!

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Marius/Verity!
Thank you for updating this thread :)
Unfortunately, this is a bug at the moment. I will update this thread as there are any changes, when this is resolved.
As Verity mentioned, the best workaround at the moment is to drag/drop the attachment to the PST folder in Outlook. The drag/drop function works as normal Windows, (ie. right click & drag/drop will give you a move/copy option when the location is selected).
Kind regards
Elissa

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Stephanie
Thank you for your inquiry.
You are able to turn off the ability to turn on/off most features in OnePlaceMail, for our product suite (not Lite).
This is completed through a file named config_update.xml.
The information required to turn off this feature can be found here:
Please feel free to email mailto:support@oneplacesolutions.com
for further information and assistance in creating a config_update.xml file and we will be happy to help!
