  4. Lookup Fields give false second option

When using those selection fields where you select a specific dataset, when uploading an Email to SharePoint we have the following problem:

After having selected the value, another selection box appears, which makes no sense, as only one value may be selected.

  5. Set permissions in SharePoint automatically

I would suggest a new Feature:

If I store files on SharePoint and I want to send a document from SharePoint to a mail-receipient who has no Access to the library there should be an Option to automatically assign permissions to the document.

  7. Attachments bigger than 35mb - No prompt to save to Sharepoint

OnePlaceMail does not prompt to save a file attachment that's greater than 35mb. Is this a limitation with the product?

Instead the standard Outlook message : "The file you're attaching is bigger than the server allows." is displayed.

  10. Documents interlinkage

Can you please somehow add document linkage functionality? This is really something which is missing in the SP and it would be a huge benefit.

Idea is to have additional column in the SP document library, where "Linked Documents" (as hyperlinks - either to the document properties or the document itself) would be inserted. This can be done while assigning meta-tags by click on the Location content -> Finding appropriate document and by performing the right click using an option "Link the document". Automatically filename of that document would appear with hyperlink (using Document ID) in the "Linked Documents" property…

  11. Attempting to expand library throws: Object reference not set to an instance of an object error and not all folders are displayed

I have one particular library with 30 folders below root level. 13. Is there a way to stop saved outgoing emails from also saving in Outlook Sent Items?

We are encouraging our users to save all incoming and outgoing emails to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail (move rather than copy). However, even when outgoing emails are saved to SharePoint (using Send & File) a copy of the email is still saved in the Outlook Sent Items folder.

Is there a way to stop outgoing emails that are saved to SharePoint from also saving in the Sent Items box? (without turning off the save sent items function in Outlook?)

    Thanks!

  15. Use OnePlaceMail everytime I save + Overwrite files by default?

I have some questions (which a customer asked me)

    1) Is it possible to show the OPM Save prompt every time I click a Save button? WorkSharePoint for instance first asks to save in SharePoint and then locally.

    2) Is it possible to enable "Overwrite existing files" by default for everyone?

  16. Uploading File Size Limitation

Get the following error when sending a 45mb file to SharePoint 2010 from a file share.

"Error: There was an exception running the extensions specified in the config file. ---> Maximum request length exceeded."

If the file size is reduced to 30mb or less, the error goes away.
