An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Vincent,
Thanks for your post.
Is this happening on only a single list, or other libraries? Does the user have unique permissions for this library/list?Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Rasielle
If the emails were not successfully transferred, they are either returned to the inbox or the Recovered Items folder under the OnePlaceMail PST in Outlook,
This should appear just under the Recents area.
Please let me know if there are any further issues.
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Rasielle
It really depends on your environment, whether this is to a 365, or on premise the size of the emails and whether there are attachments. We'd recommend moving a few hundred items at a time.
Currently, it is not possible to move items using OnePlaceMail across different sites, or locations. This is an item that is on our roadmap.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions
Kind regards
Elissa
An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Rasielle
Thanks for your inquiry. We do not have a migration tool to move emails in a bulk move. Although there should be no issue moving a number of emails in one transaction. You can drag/drop a few hundred emails at a time
Please let us know if you have any issues with this!
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi
We're interested in learning a some more information on this one.
When you save an email to SharePoint, e don't modify any permissions on the SharePoint side, so the item should be visible. -

Hi All
This item is still under review, however to update – if users receive this error they do not have access to the root site collection in SharePoint. If possible, please give users read access to the root site. We have flagged this as an item to be reviewed to remove this requirement.
Kind regards

If Microsoft 365 content is not visible, you may need to adjust the compatibility settings in Outlook. Further information can be found here: KB0151 - Resolve display issue with OnePlaceMail & Outlook 2016, 2019 & O365 | OnePlaceMail | Knowledgebase (oneplacesolutions.com)
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there
I believe the issue you are experiencing is around the "homepage" setting on the PST.
Can you please select the OnePlaceMail pst,and the document library that is not showing any items.
Please then go to Outlook Menu, and select Folders, then Folder Properties. On the second tab, please select "HomePage" Is the checkbox here, selected? If not, please select this check box.If possible are you able to add an attachment of how the document library is being shown?
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Daniel
You could install the addin in Outlook and create some Outlook rules to automatically move the emails when they are received to specific document libraries.
You would need to set up the libraries as favorites so that they are always available for the rule to process.
Kind regards
Elissa
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Daniel
OnePlaceMail Lite is a desktop add-in, which is a free product for smaller organisations, and provides the ability to promote email attributes to SharePoint columns.
While you can automate OnePlaceMail to work with outlook rules, it does need to be installed on a desktop or client.
Kind regards

This was resolved by adding the 's' to "Setting".
