Deployment to O365 Content Hub
Office 355 - Content Hub Deployment
Has anyone been able to activate the solution in the content hub? I am unable to increase the quota via the Admin pages or PowerShell. So the solution will not activate.

Suggested Locations - Couldn't find anywhere
Hi,
After filing several emails from the same sender, i tried Suggested Locations, but it says "Couldnt find anywhere"
Any help appreciated.

Path for config file (OPM V7)
Hi,
We actually use the 6.6.1 version of OPM but we will have v7 in few months.
Will it be possible with the V7 to have the config file (and favorites) saved outside the user profile ?
In other terms, is it possible to have a "browse" buttton to indicate a path of our choice for the config file ? (We need to save the config file on share drive).

Script Error Object doesn't support property or method IsFirstUseThisSession
I'm getting the an error (image attached) when clicking on the OnePlaceMail folders in the navigation bar in Outlook2013. They are connected to O365 (sharepoint online) this is a demo version of OPM.
Any ideas?

Saving email to SharePoint - hide "Don't ask me this again" prompt
Hi,
Is it possible to hide the "Don’t ask me this again" prompt when saving emails to SharePoint so that users cannot turn off the ability to change this setting? I still want users to choose whether sent email is to be saved (not not) to SharePoint.

Right-click and save attatchment to Sharepoint doesn't work anymore
Tried it on 2 different computers and both have the same issue. Clicking the "Copy attatchment(s) to Sharepoint" as shown in the picture results in nothing happening.
I can however right click the whole mail and use the same function and then the new windown pops up like it should (where I choose the site on SP I want to save it to etc).
The issue came up when I re-installed/upgraded my licensed Oneplace solution so it could support Office 2016.

Is there a way to enable a prompt or a setting that allows a user to remove email attachment(s) when saving to SharePoint?

Error Installing OnePlaceMail Lite on Office 2016 64 bit
I have an issue installing OnePlace Mail Lite on a Windows 64 bit system that is running Office 2016 64bit via Office 365. The error message (screen shot attached) is 0x81f40001. As the error message refers to having an earlier version of OnePlaceMail installed I have checked Programs and Features - not installed. The error message also refers to not having the required version of Microsoft Office installed - as mentioned the machine has Office 2016 64 bit. Delete all launchItem, outlookFolder, siteCollection items
Hello
I am looking to remove all launch items, all outlookfolders, and all siteCollections using the configupdate.xml. I am aware that this can be done by simply deleting all items within /AppData/Roaming/OnePlace Solutions, however this does not work for the client. What lines can I add to the configupdate.xml to achieve this?

Rename "SharePoint" in Favourites
Hello
I am configuring OnePlace using the config_update.xml. I would like to know what the object name and correct context is for renaming "SharePoint" to something else (eg change "SharePoint" to "MySites").
I have attached an image highlighting what I would like to change.

Recent location is not displayed for sending files to sharepoint
Hi,
We use OPM (6.6.1) and it works well.
We can send emails to sharepoint and we can see our last locations (recent favorites used).
But when I go to the desktop, I made a right click on an Excel file for example, send "send to" and "SharePoint", the OPM window appears but I haven't got the recent locations I had before in this window.
Is there a way to get recent location in this window ?
I hope my explanation will be clear...

Why cant i search for folders in our sharepoint in outlook? I can save but that is all.
I see on the demo you should be able to search and look at files within Outlook 2016 (our files have moved to Microsoft 365 cloud). Is there anyway to enable this?

All OnePlaceLive licences have been allocated
After a new installation from a PC, OnePlaceMail is working but every 5 minutes there is popup "This operation is restricted due to the following licensing condition:
All OnePlaceLive licenses have been allocated.". I have removed the credentials for this user that appear in license this list, but the popup still appears.

Wildcards in Lookup search
Is there a wildcard for lookup-column-search? Or is there a possibility of using the search-word as "contains" and not as "begins with"?

Search in Lookup does not show all Results
We have a very long list which we use as the datasource of an lookup column. About 1000 Items start with the same Words. When I enter the beginning word, it shows only about 20 Results. There is no paging for the results.

Hide the windows which indicates that the email has been transfered
Hi Team,
When we copy an email to sharepoint with OPM ( 6.1.1), a message is displayed at the end to inform that the email has been well transfered (or not).
Is it possible to hide this message, as we have to click on "Close" each time. (Do we have something to configure in the config file to hide this message ?)

Error copy to when SharePoint site is set in different language than English
When language packs are installed (Dutch), OnePlaceMail can't resolve the library "Documenten" ("Documents" in English). Get error message:
The selected location (on the left) is currently unavailable for saving content to.
Please select a location.
To troubleshoot...
When disabling the extra language and default again to English, it works.
Extra information: SharePoint 2013 en-US with nl-NL language pack, Outlook 2013
