Suggested Locations - Couldn't find anywhere
Hi,
After filing several emails from the same sender, i tried Suggested Locations, but it says "Couldnt find anywhere"

Can't connect Outlook to SharePoint (O365)
Hi, we are trying to connect Outlook to an O365 SharePoint, the license file list is there, and the license file, please see screenshot https://goo.gl/Agkdcg or attached below.

SoapException when uploading to Sharepoint
Hi,
when a customer wants to upload a file to Sharepoint from Outlook he gets a SoapException on checkIn. I've updated the version of Oneplacemail to version 7.2 but still get the same exception.
Is there some settings or config file that isn't updated?

Hi,
We encounter an issue when saving emails with OnePlaceMail (v7.3) to document sets:

We have done some troubleshooting and found out it has to be something to do with the library. Because on some libraries saving emails to a document set works, and in other libraries none of the document sets seem to work. Still they are the same document sets that are being used...
Anyone an idea what this could be? Like a special library setting...

My OnePlaceMail folders button doesn't work client version release: 5.1 build 16.0.3 – Outlook 2010; server: version release 5.0 build 15..

Error message : "ServerRelativeURL" when sending mail to sharepoint
Hi,
We have few users with the following message "ServerRelativeURL" when they want to send an email to SharePoint.
I saw that in the Favorites.xml file, sometimes we had :80 in the URL.
When I delete the :80 mention it works, we can send email.
But the problem is that the :80 comes back again in the url and I don't know why.

Outlook: Problem Refreshing OnePlace Mail Recent Locations/The Data File Failed to Load
A user has reported an error: "There was a problem refreshing OnePlace Mail recent locations. Error: The Outlook data file (.pst) failed to load for this session"
This happens when they've saved an email, yet does not stop the functionality from working.
We first encountered this error on the 22nd of November. The error was similar, although slightly different, to one I found on this site: http://community.oneplacesolutions.com/oneplacemail/topics/outlook-data-file-error-when-opening-outlook
I did the fix from that original post, as we also had a .pst file called "SharePoint Lists". This fixed the problem for the last couple of weeks, however it has cropped up…

Using Audiences
When uploading a file in SharePoint I can capture list attributes and Target Audiences. How can I get OnePlaceMail to also do that? It prompts for the list attributres but not the Target Audience.

User cannot save email to SP library when SP user language is different
User cannot save email to SP library when SP user language is different, in this case Dutch (NL).
When user changes his SP default language back to English he is able to save emails to SP.
The library is created from standard English Team site template.
We are using Office 2010 and Sharepoint 2010 Foundation.
Only when a library name is the same in both languages (EN and NL) we do not see the problem. In SP the NL translation for "Shared documents" is "Gedeelde documenten".
Our users do not want to work in English language.

Use OnePlaceMail everytime I save + Overwrite files by default?
I have some questions (which a customer asked me)
1) Is it possible to show the OPM Save prompt every time I click a Save button? WorkSharePoint for instance first asks to save in SharePoint and then locally.
2) Is it possible to enable "Overwrite existing files" by default for everyone?

Any possibility of OCR on MSOutlook .pdf attachments when sendind to SharePoint?
1st, I love the product. 2nd, I'd like to use OCR on .pdf's attached to MS Outlook e-mail and upload to SharePoint. We have a user that uploads approximatly 100, 1 page invoices everyday and I could see this saving "tons" of time for her. Nothing extravagant. 5-7 SharePoint List text data elements. I

Bulk upload functionality.
Don't know if this is possible but one feature I would love to see is the ability to add additional documents/emails to a transfer after the OnePlaceMail dialogue has been opened. This would make it possible to transfer a number of items from different locations that need to be categorised the same.

saving a document with identical name as an exsisting document
when saving a document that is named the same as a previous one (the user has forgotten to name it differently) can one place simply retain the metadata and request a new document name rather than loosing all the metadata and having to start all over again? Sorry trying to explain this the best I can - thank you!

Add a type of "print to sharepoint" solution for programs that does not support OPS
Like the "print to PDF" to get a PDF document, programs that wants to save files to sharepoint with the possibility to tagg metadata would be able to "print to sharepoint" and then selecet storage location and tagg with metadata. With this, every program could save to sharepoint :)

Exclusion list for the automatic prompt to save email
It would be great to have to possibility to have an exclusion list for the automatic prompt to save to sharepoint after sending a mail or adding attachments.
For the moment you can turn the prompt on or off, turning it on makes it annoying, turning it off will risk not saving crucial mails.
It would be nice to have a switch to turn it off for intercompany email, and an exclusion list for external emailadresses managed by each user separately.
and finally the exclusion list should be saved somewhere in the users mailbox so the list is conserved when…

Is there a way to stop saved outgoing emails from also saving in Outlook Sent Items?
We are encouraging our users to save all incoming and outgoing emails to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail (move rather than copy). However, even when outgoing emails are saved to SharePoint (using Send & File) a copy of the email is still saved in the Outlook Sent Items folder.
Is there a way to stop outgoing emails that are saved to SharePoint from also saving in the Sent Items box? (without turning off the save sent items function in Outlook?)
