We have Outlook 2010 and I would like to see a preview of the email that is stored in the SharePoint 2010 environment.
All other documents like (word, pdf etc are visible).
But we cannot see a preview of the stored email.
Is that not strange for an email tool?
See the attached screenshot for more information.
Is there anybody that can give me a solution for this.
As far as I can tell, calculated default values are not used at all in OnePlace. When I create a new document set or item in Sharepoint the calculated defaults are filled in correctly.
When I repeat the process through OnePlaceMail or OPDocs the fields are blank. I've tried this with both dates ("=[Today]+30") and text ("=[Me]").
Is there some setting I can change or is this a limitation of OnePlace?0 votes
I had a couple libraries I had to rename because of a customer name change. Suddenly we couldn't open them anymore for transfer from Outlook OnePlaceMail. Of course they worked in SharePoint as usual but not from outlook.
When I change the name back, they started to work again.

I have Outlook 2013 and i receive a script error when clicking on a OnePlaceMail folder. I've searched the knowledge base which has a resolution for Outlook 2010 users where you need to delete the RSS feeds. I have no RSS fees. Is there a seperate solution for Outlook 2013 users?0 votes

We have a user who is getting an error with saving a file. The error is "Invalid text value".
This doesn't occur for all emails, some are fine.
The email seems to save correctly, even though the error seems to indicate that save has failed.
I have tried saving the same email, and have also received the same error.
The filename of the email is short and doesn't contain any special characters.0 votes
Tried it on 2 different computers and both have the same issue. Clicking the "Copy attatchment(s) to Sharepoint" as shown in the picture results in nothing happening.
I can however right click the whole mail and use the same function and then the new windown pops up like it should (where I choose the site on SP I want to save it to etc).
The issue came up when I re-installed/upgraded my licensed Oneplace solution so it could support Office 2016.
Running Win 10 and Office 365. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1361520/OneplaceMailthisdoesnotworkanymore.jpg?14550307690 votes
When language packs are installed (Dutch), OnePlaceMail can't resolve the library "Documenten" ("Documents" in English). Get error message:
The selected location (on the left) is currently unavailable for saving content to.
Please select a location.
When disabling the extra language and default again to English, it works.

Hi, we are trying to connect Outlook to an O365 SharePoint, the license file list is there, and the license file, please see screenshot https://goo.gl/Agkdcg or attached below.
I could not find the wording for this error when I Googled, if you could please give me some pointers. The user has edit access to the list, and others in their team can save emails to SharePoint. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1406295/OPM.png?14618254500 votes
when a customer wants to upload a file to Sharepoint from Outlook he gets a SoapException on checkIn. I've updated the version of Oneplacemail to version 7.2 but still get the same exception.
Is there some settings or config file that isn't updated?
We encounter an issue when saving emails with OnePlaceMail (v7.3) to document sets:
We have done some troubleshooting and found out it has to be something to do with the library. Because on some libraries saving emails to a document set works, and in other libraries none of the document sets seem to work. Still they are the same document sets that are being used...
Anyone an idea what this could be? Like a special library setting...
