Workflow startes twice
We have a library with a workflow that gets started when a new item is created. When we save a document from OnePlaceMail the workflows gets started twice. This does not happen when we upload a document using SharePoint itself.

In Word, if we do "save to SharePoint" but cancel the operation, (1) will be added to the filename.
If I try to save a new document to SharePoint, I will be prompted for a name.

If I look at my AppData\Local\Scinaptic\OPM\Temp, I see the two files: Document3 and Document3 (1).

Can this be fixed?

Different characters (é,à,') are missing when archiving in SharePoint
After selecting a document to be copied or moved to SharePoint with OPM, the properties' window appears but all specific characters like (é,à,' - very used in french langage !) are missing in the name of documents. Even if we modify them, they disappeared after in Sharepoint. See the example below (original text is : Procedure de création d'une carte à puce virtuelle)

Emails copied in checked out state
Some emails are being copied in the checked out state in a library where checkout has not been enforced. Appears to be inconsistent in the same library.

No internet access installation
Is it possible to install and use OnePlaceMail in a farm that does not have any internet access - meaning the farm is a closed enviroment without any internet access ?

Licensed ListId does not match this SharePoint installation
Recently, perhaps after a recent upgrade to SharePoint 2013, all users have get an error dialog that pops up saying:
"You cannot save files to the current list/library due to the following licensing condition:
Licensed ListId does not match this SharePoint installation"

E-mail preview not available in Outlook 2010
Hi.
We have Outlook 2010 and I would like to see a preview of the email that is stored in the SharePoint 2010 environment.
All other documents like (word, pdf etc are visible).
But we cannot see a preview of the stored email.
Is that not strange for an email tool?

Is there anybody that can give me a solution for this.

Renaming of SharePoint library stops OnePlaceMail from opening it from Outlook for transfer
I had a couple libraries I had to rename because of a customer name change. Suddenly we couldn't open them anymore for transfer from Outlook OnePlaceMail. Of course they worked in SharePoint as usual but not from outlook.
When I change the name back, they started to work again.

Outlook 2013 receives a script error when clicking on a OnePlaceMail folder
I have Outlook 2013 and i receive a script error when clicking on a OnePlaceMail folder. I've searched the knowledge base which has a resolution for Outlook 2010 users where you need to delete the RSS feeds. I have no RSS fees. Is there a seperate solution for Outlook 2013 users?

Uploading File Size Limitation
Get the following error when sending a 45mb file to SharePoint 2010 from a file share.
"Error: There was an exception running the extensions specified in the config file. ---> Maximum request length exceeded."
If the file size is reduced to 30mb or less, the error goes away.

All OnePlaceLive licences have been allocated
After a new installation from a PC, OnePlaceMail is working but every 5 minutes there is popup "This operation is restricted due to the following licensing condition:
All OnePlaceLive licenses have been allocated.". I have removed the credentials for this user that appear in license this list, but the popup still appears.

Unable to install
Hi,
OnePlaceMail is an absolute must have app for SharePoint. The reason I am writing is because my lite version isnrt able to upgrade.
I get a message stating that either previous version not uninstalled oroutlook is running.
Checking the registry, I have some CLSID entries.
Any help appreciated

"Invalid text value" error when saving email
We have a user who is getting an error with saving a file. The error is "Invalid text value".
This doesn't occur for all emails, some are fine.
The email seems to save correctly, even though the error seems to indicate that save has failed.
I have tried saving the same email, and have also received the same error.
The filename of the email is short and doesn't contain any special characters.

Right-click and save attatchment to Sharepoint doesn't work anymore
Tried it on 2 different computers and both have the same issue. Clicking the "Copy attatchment(s) to Sharepoint" as shown in the picture results in nothing happening.
I can however right click the whole mail and use the same function and then the new windown pops up like it should (where I choose the site on SP I want to save it to etc).
The issue came up when I re-installed/upgraded my licensed Oneplace solution so it could support Office 2016.

Error copy to when SharePoint site is set in different language than English
When language packs are installed (Dutch), OnePlaceMail can't resolve the library "Documenten" ("Documents" in English). Get error message:
The selected location (on the left) is currently unavailable for saving content to.
Please select a location.
To troubleshoot...
When disabling the extra language and default again to English, it works.
Extra information: SharePoint 2013 en-US with nl-NL language pack, Outlook 2013

Search in Lookup does not show all Results
We have a very long list which we use as the datasource of an lookup column. About 1000 Items start with the same Words. When I enter the beginning word, it shows only about 20 Results. There is no paging for the results.
