1. Use Sitemailbox OR Oneplace Mail OR Use Both?

   I've got a pristine install of Office 365 Business Premium / Sharepoint 2013. I have no "legacy" issues to consider. I'm going to use OnePlaceMail. SHOULD I also use Site Mailboxes or use ONLY Oneplace Mail?

2. Temporary increase to 30 day Trial?

3. OnePlaceMail usage reports

   Does OnePlaceMail have a usage reporting tool (e.g. can you determine how often someone has accessed SharePoint using it or how many documents they have uploaded)?

4. OnePlaceMail integration with SharePoint Wiki

   Is it possible to save an email or its attachment to a SharePoint 2010 Wiki library? The only stores that are available don't include the wiki? Thanks

5. Only one Content Type option available

   Hi,

   The destination SP 2013 document library has several content types associated to it. However, only one content type shows in the dropdown of the Save to SharePoint dialog in Outlook. Could you please advise why this might be?

6. Productivity tools exception

   Hi all, i'm in the process of evaluating OPM 6.6 for my organization, my test bed is a fresh Win 7 SP1 install with the latest updates and office 2010 again with all the latest updates both 64 bit. OPM productivity tools install completes fine but on launching word the following exception.

   The type initializer for 'Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.Core.OPMGlobalApplicationInfo' threw an exception.

7. Pst File

   Hi. We are using OPM 6.5 with a MOSS 2007 SahrePoint server. We have an intermittent issue whereby user pst files will be placed in odd locations on the network. Has anyone else come acrosss this behaviour?

8. Drag and Drop default to Copy instead of Move?

   Is there a way to change behavior of dragging and dropping to be copy instead of move?

   Also, if user does a move instead of copy, is there a way to "undo" and get the email back into outlook? Does it get moved into deleted folder?

10. Emails attributes' mapping not always working

    Hello,

    I created a document library in Sharepoint using column name as defined in the OPM documentation --> emSubject, emTo, EmFrom, ...

    For some of my mails it is working. The SP database gets well the meta data.

    For some others not. Meta data is empty !

    I did a logging but i do not see any error.

    I can provide it if needed (but preferably in private message)

11. OPM issues in SharePoint 2013 with ADFS

    We have SharePoint 2013 sites with ADFS Claim Based authentication. We currently have below user issue:- 1. When user access SharePoint sites from OPM in Outlook, they will be asked to enter the credential first time and also when they try to access from one SharePoint site to another. The only way to avoid this is to save their credential in the OPM setting manually, which lead to another problem - if their credential needs to be updated, they have to update the credential in OPM setting as well.

    1. When we launch SharePoint site in Outlook via OPM, we try to share something like document to other user in the SharePoint site, we don’t have the option to select user in the SharePoint People Pick, which looks like related to authentication issue.

    Any advice will be much appreciated.

12. Custom email filename formats not working

    I'm trying to update the filename format generated when dragging and dropping an email into OnePlaceMail. I've used the configupdate.xml examples from the administration guide to set a custom filename but none of them seem to work. The config.xml is being updated but my file format stays as the default. The preset formats such as sentonsendername_title work fine.

    I'm on 6.6.1 Express, Outlook 2010 and Sharepoint 2013. Any ideas?

14. Office Productivity Tool

    We have installed the OnePlaceMail Office productivity tool however the 'send to' option does not appear when you right click on a document in Windows Explorer (as demonstrated at 7:40 in your video http://www.scinaptic.com/oneplacemail-sharepoint-video-demonstration.html ).

15. Size limitation in OnePlaceMail ?

    What is the size limitation for the OnePlaceMail container ? Site mailbox with O365 has a 5GB limitation, is there the same limitation for OnePlaceMail ?

    If I have more then 30GB of email to share between a few projects managers, is there some king of issues that i need to know before deploying OnePlaceMail.

16. Restrict OnePlaceMail to only allow saves into document libraries and not custom lists

    Is it possible to restrict users to only save emails and attachments into document libraries or at least to control what libraries they can save into? We have a client using OnePlaceMail with Office 365 and the users have on occasion saved emails into custom lists. We can't restrict by security as they need access to these lists.

17. Automatic storage of emails to Sharepoint 2013

    Hi everybody !

    How do I make my personal emails (personal outlook) saved/stored directly (without any human effort ) to Sharepoint ? Hence, everytime I recieve an email, I want this email to be saved and stored to SP without having to Drag and Drop it or use a Send to SP button.

18. Stop the prompt to save emails on send

    I have OnePlaceMail installed and EVERY time I send an email I get a dialog box asking me if I want to add the email to SharePoint is there a setting area that I can turn the prompt off in?

20. SharePoint permission level

    Does anyone know what type of permission level i need to grant to a SharePoint 2013 user to be able to see the lists and libraries when connecting OnePlaceMail to outlook.? Home member permission alone doesnt seem to be enough?
