    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Currently we do not have a OnePlaceDocs plugin for Bluebeam. However, I have recorded this in our product backlog and will advise you once this enhancement has been added to the product.

In the mean time, if a pdf file is saved locally or on a network drive you can always right click on the file and click send to SharePoint

    Hi Agustin,

I am glad your issue is resolved.

Fyi, we also provide Email column Sandbox Solution which can be installed on your SharePoint site to capture email attributes automatically when saving an email to SharePoint.

You can find more information on the link below

    Hi Agustin,

    Thank you for your reply.

If your saving multiple emails to a list, it will create only one single row. If you save it to a Library then it creates a separate row for each email.

If you still want to use a List you will have to save each email separately.

    Regards,

    Zeeshan

    Zeeshan Ahmed commented  ·

    Hi Agustin,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

To copy multiple emails from Outlook to SharePoint, Select one or more emails and drag/drop to a OnePlaceMail location on the left navigation of Outlook. The can be a Favorite, Recent or a location within a Solution Profile.

    https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1455334/dragDrop.GIF?1469409556

Please note: The default drag/drop process will move emails to SharePoint. You can also copy emails by performing a right-click drag/drop.

Once saved to SharePoint, the item is available as per the system and security configuration of SharePoint.

    Regards,

    Zeeshan

    Hi Agustin,

    Thank you for your reply.

The second config file looks okay to me and you should be able to capture email body attributes.

Config_update file should disappear after you open Outlook, this is the normal behaviour.

    Hi Vincent,

    Thank you for your inquiry

Can you please email (support at oneplacesolutions.com) answers to the following question

    1. Can you please tell us the step your following and at what point do you get the ''server realtive url'' error

    2. Can you please also send us the log file? Enable logging from OPM settings, close/reopen outlook and perform the steps again until you get the error message.

    3. It Indicates at this stage that the port number is being included in the results when we are not expecting it to be. Have you configured the crawl to crawl based on a URL that includes port 80 on the URL?. If we can confirm this, removing the port number and re-crawling may fix the issue.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Markus,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Multiple Attachments are possible in OPM. We have tested this functionality and it works fine.

Open an email with attachments. Select multiple attachments by pressing CTRL on keyboard and selecting the attachment with right mouse button. Now right click on the attachments and click on Copy Attachments to SharePoint.

    Hi Jvlassak,

If registry keys are missing then definitely OnePlaceSolutions is not installing properly. Although, you have added the registry keys manually, there are other registry keys which sets up the load behaviour of OnePlaceMail are also probably missing.

Can you please tell me how are you installing OnePlaceMail? are you using the MSI file or EXE file?

For testing purpose can you please take one laptop/PC, Uninstall OnePlaceSolutions products and then download the setup file from the link below.

    http://www.oneplacesolutions.com/download-clients.html

You will have to fill up a small form in order to download the setup file.

    Hi Fox,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Using OnePlaceMail/Docs there is the ability to hide system lists and libraries from the end user (includes Site Assets). This can be set via the UI, under OnePlaceMail Settings, Navigation tab. However, if a user has Read only permission in Sharepoint they will still be able to see the List/Library.

if read only permission is taken off for the user for a particular List/Library, they will not be able to see the List/Library in OnePlace.

This can also applied using OnePlaceLive, where greater functionality is available to restrict which libraries are presented to the end user (for example, the ability to remove all lists from being presented, or specific template ID numbers).

More information on OnePlaceLive can be found on the link below

    http://www.oneplacesolutions.com/help/7.3/index.html#!Modules/2/Documents/oneplaceliveenterprisesolutions.htm

Please let me know if you have any more queries
