  1. Workflow startes twice

We have a library with a workflow that gets started when a new item is created. When we save a document from OnePlaceMail the workflows gets started twice. This does not happen when we upload a document using SharePoint itself.

  2. Why are my document libraries very slow?

We use the 'OnePlaceMail Save to Sharepoint' feature to bulk upload documents with metadata to a particular libraries on some SharePoint Sub Sites. None of these libraries have more than 2000 documents, nothing massive, mostly single page PDF's.

The problem is, the libraries (across all sub-sites) that we use this feature on are chronically slow (can take up to 6 minutes to open). The only common denominator is that all the libraries in question are ones used with the 'OnePlaceMail' feature.

Has anyone else come across this?

  7. Add-in fails to start in Outlook 2013

Why won't OnePlaceMail start when I open Outlook? I continually have to go in and tick the box next to OnePlaceMail in the Add-Ins section of Outlook 2013. The add-in has not been "disabled" it just inactive. As soon as I tick the box next to OnePlaceMail, the add-in loads perfectly fine. What is preventing this from happening at Outlook start up?

It is worth mentioning that I have already tried disabling all add-ins EXCEPT OPM, a Microsoft Office repair, and a OPM client reinstallation. Also, I am using OPM 6.5 Express Edition.

  8. Prompt To Save Attachment To OnePlaceMail

    Hi,

I'm using the latest OnePlaceMail 6.5 Express version. Attachment to email that are automatically attached to Outlook 2010 via third party Acrobat plug-in does not prompt to save to SharePoint 2010.

    Example:

Third Party Acrobat Plug-in install to an application to export document to PDF while in report viewing screen and email.

When this process or export is executed, Outlook open and attached the PDF file but OnePlaceMail does not prompt to save the PDF file.

Similarly if open any PDF file in Adobe Acrobat and click the attach to email button, the file is attached to Outlook but…

  11. Custom email attributes in SharePoint 2007

We would like to see 'Sent From' and 'Sent To' columns when our users open up email stored in SharePoint 2007 when in the Outlook view. Unfortunately there is only the basic columns:

    Modified

    Modfied By

    Type

    Size

Is it possible to add other columns to the Outlook view of mail within SharePoint 2007? We are using Outlook 2007.

    Thank,

    Tom

  14. Lookup Fields give false second option

When using those selection fields where you select a specific dataset, when uploading an Email to SharePoint we have the following problem:

After having selected the value, another selection box appears, which makes no sense, as only one value may be selected.

  15. Prevent OPM from cutting the name

Is there any way to prevent OPM from cutting the name? We need the full subject of emails to be in the name of the email in the SharePoint - not only in the title.

  16. Installation

I just downloaded the express version. Question is: since it's client installation, everyone who use it must installed on their own computers, not on some server? person who install it must have admin right?

Is it different from the enterprise version, does it need to be installed on a server computer?

    Thanks

  17. Set permissions in SharePoint automatically

I would suggest a new Feature:

If I store files on SharePoint and I want to send a document from SharePoint to a mail-receipient who has no Access to the library there should be an Option to automatically assign permissions to the document.

  18. Is there a possibility to keep the document attached when saving to SharePoint

If I have checked the Option "Prompt to Save to SharePoint when sending an email" an the document was saved to SharePoint the attachment is replaced with the link to the document on SharePoint.

Do I have the Option to disable this behaviour?

My customer wants to file the document but the email receipient has no Access to the Location where the document is stored.
