Update category and location in Outlook when Email is already stored in SharePoint
If for any reason (e.g. email has been saved to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail App in OWA or Outlook for iOS) an email is already stored in SharePoint but has not got categorized (Transferred to SharePoint), the category and the SharePoint-Location should be updated in the Outlook email. It should also trigger an update of emails in other Mailboxes when you are using the Email Tracking Service.
Currently this does not happen and all users having received the same email are always unsure if all their important emails have really been stored at SharePoint.
Since storing emails using the OnePlaceMail App…1 vote -

Provide support for the archiving of Outlook RSS feed posts to SharePoint including using the same column mappings as for emails.
Please provide support for the archiving of Outlook RSS feed posts to SharePoint including using the same automatic metadata column mappings as for emails.
We subscribe to professional services from Zapier that for example automatically locate mentions of our organisation in both social and web page media. Many of the resulting RSS feed posts form records requiring archival as required by the Public Records Office of Victoria.
Outlook of course provides a convenient way of accessing and processing these RSS feeds.
The ability was available in our previous Outlook Integration Application.
Thank you, Ian Hearnes

Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Core.IRibbonUI.'
The OnePlaceMail Outlook add-in encountered an unexpected issue.
Error: Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.ComObject' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Core.IRibbonUI'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{000C03A7-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Library not registered. Emails moved to "Recovered Files" folder converting to draft
For any reason if the emails are moved to "Recovered Files" folder then they don't remain in their original format. For some reason they are turning to draft mode. Even if moved back to "Inbox" emails remain in draft mode.
Please help in resolving the issue ASAP.

Ability to save embedded / in-line pictures separate from .eml
With Office365 I'm getting more pictures embedded in the email instead of displaying as regular attachments. I would like to be able to save those pictures as separate files as you do with regular attachments.
The VBA code to do this (attached) looks fairly simple, I'm hoping it would be similarly easy in your development. Similar handling in this product but not as up to date with Modern Workplace https://www.mapilab.com/outlook/attachments_processor/

Site Columns work for some SharePoint sites but not others
We have configured and used the OnePlaceSolution in Outlook and SharePoint. We have Outlook feeding into lists on three separate SharePoint site. Created a list on a forth site (IT) and the add columns from Site Columns doesn't show the OnePlaceSolution list like the other sites. Is it because it is a Private Group?

Visual Indicator to show Mail saved to SharePoint not showing
I have saved some e-mails to a migrated SharePoint site which do not seem to give the blue indicator(Transferred to SharePoint) at a quick glance.
Rather, it shows it when I preview the specific mail individually.Could you please elaborate why this is happening?

Create documents in one place docs with dedicated content types
In lists it is possible to create items, this feature would be also useful in libraries. Create files by selection of the relevant content type with the templates. So the document can be saved immediately in the correct place.

Keep folder open when creating new folder/document set
When you create a new folder or document set in the Oneplacemail, we typically need to save a mail or document in it right away. Currently, you have to create and save it, and then find it again in the hierarchy of all the other folders. When dealing whit a list of more than 1000 folders/document sets this become troublesome. Search doesn't work either as it takes 3-4 minutes for the search index to pick up the new information. I suggest you keep the new folder open and active, making it easy to continue the saving process.

The ability to set a default save location.
I am aware of a change after version 7.5 to address a performance issue with large SharePoint libraries where if the last location was defaulted on the next copy/move, OnePlaceMail would be querying SharePoint again for the metadata and causing it to hang.
This issue was not apparent to our users as they have a single upload area where the documents after upload are moved to a different location by the use of workflows.
Now every time you wish to upload or copy you are required to select the location.
Would it be possible to have a setting to allow…1 vote -
Search and Launch ribbon buttons just open Favorites folder in OPM data file
I'm running Outlook 2016 (16.0.4738.1000, 32bit) and have installed the latest OnePlaceMail Lite (7.9.0). (We're looking to replace our in-house email filing solution with a SharePoint/OPM solution.)
Having configured the relevant URLs neither the Search button nor any of the Launch actions do anything but open the top-level folder labelled "-Favorites-" in the OnePlaceMail data file, with an empty items list and reading pane.
When choosing locations from the "-Favorites-" list I get the same result.
I've used the express and full versions of OPM in a previous job and, if I remember correctly, these are all supposed to open…

Wrong metadata is captured from Outlook to Sharepoint
Upon saving emails (from Inbox folder) from Outlook to Sharepoint using OnePlaceMail addin, the emails are saved into Sharepoint succesfully. But for some emails "Email Type" is saved as "Sent" instead of "Received". I have checked thoroughly and the relevant emails were indeed "Received" emails and not the "Sent" one.
Please help!

Allow the prompt to save to SharePoint to be turned off for some folders
Could the 'save to SharePoint' prompt be folder based like the prompt for properties is. So you could set it to default to have the prompt but if you have a rule that autosaves to a specific SharePoint library you don't get the prompt
