I have noticed this since our upgrade to 7.4.2, occasionally OnePlace Live loses its memory of who should have access to certain Solution Profiles. In our organisation there are only two profiles that were originally set up to be accessed by 'Everyone'. The first few times this happened, I noticed at the staff member's desk. Luckily they don't gain access, as permissions are set in SharePoint. However, we do not want people seeing things they shouldn't be seeing. I thought maybe I was seeing things, but when I went in this afternoon there were very many profiles that were changed from 'Specific Groups' to 'Everyone'. This is a huge concern for us, so I was just wondering why this has only started happening since we got 7.4.2,and how to fix it please? https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1520805/oneplaceliveerror.png?1481255611

This bug was resolved in release 7.5
I am using the Add-in for Outlook that is in preview.
After signing into Office 365 using our ADFS server, it returns to Outlook with the following message:
"Looks like you are having some trouble signing in. Ensure you check the 'Keep me signed in' option on the sign in page. "
The ADFS endpoint does not have this option. I assume this is referring to the checkbox on the O365 sign in page.
Should this Add-in work with ADFS?0 votes

We have a library with a workflow that gets started when a new item is created. When we save a document from OnePlaceMail the workflows gets started twice. This does not happen when we upload a document using SharePoint itself.0 votes
If I try to save a new document to SharePoint, I will be prompted for a name.
If I enter "Document3" as the name and press OK https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1148071/OPM1.png?1422408663
but then cancel the OPM dialog https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1148072/OPM2.png?1422408685 ,
I will get a warning that the file was not saved. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1148073/OPM3.png?1422408696
So far, everything is good but, the next time that I will try to save the same file, "(1)" will be added to the end of the filename. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1148074/OPM4.png?1422408717
If I look at my AppData\Local\Scinaptic\OPM\Temp, I see the two files: Document3 and Document3 (1).
Can this be fixed?
We have Outlook 2010 and I would like to see a preview of the email that is stored in the SharePoint 2010 environment.
All other documents like (word, pdf etc are visible).
But we cannot see a preview of the stored email.
Is that not strange for an email tool?
See the attached screenshot for more information.
Is there anybody that can give me a solution for this.
Some users are getting the error 'Cannot access a closed stream' when moving emails to a SharePoint location. We are using SP 2010 and Outlook 20100 votes
Get the following error when sending a 45mb file to SharePoint 2010 from a file share.
"Error: There was an exception running the extensions specified in the config file. ---> Maximum request length exceeded."
If the file size is reduced to 30mb or less, the error goes away.0 votes
We have a very long list which we use as the datasource of an lookup column. About 1000 Items start with the same Words. When I enter the beginning word, it shows only about 20 Results. There is no paging for the results.0 votes
After filing several emails from the same sender, i tried Suggested Locations, but it says "Couldnt find anywhere"
Any help appreciated.
when a customer wants to upload a file to Sharepoint from Outlook he gets a SoapException on checkIn. I've updated the version of Oneplacemail to version 7.2 but still get the same exception.
Is there some settings or config file that isn't updated?
We encounter an issue when saving emails with OnePlaceMail (v7.3) to document sets:
We have done some troubleshooting and found out it has to be something to do with the library. Because on some libraries saving emails to a document set works, and in other libraries none of the document sets seem to work. Still they are the same document sets that are being used...
Anyone an idea what this could be? Like a special library setting...
When trying to drag and drop a file from Explorer to SharePoint location via Outlook receiving the following error......

When uploading a file in SharePoint I can capture list attributes and Target Audiences. How can I get OnePlaceMail to also do that? It prompts for the list attributres but not the Target Audience.0 votes
Add indexing of sharepoint folders to increase speed and allow searching. It is somewhat tedious to constantly navigate through the sharepoint tree when there are thousands of folders. If when prompted where to save the email/file, you could search for the folder rather than navigating to it, that would help out tremendously.0 votes
Include ability to suppress "receiving information from SharePoint" dialogue when saving emails to Sharepoint libraries using Outlook integration.0 votes
We are encouraging our users to save all incoming and outgoing emails to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail (move rather than copy). However, even when outgoing emails are saved to SharePoint (using Send & File) a copy of the email is still saved in the Outlook Sent Items folder.
Is there a way to stop outgoing emails that are saved to SharePoint from also saving in the Sent Items box? (without turning off the save sent items function in Outlook?)
Is it possible to hide "conent type" from the OMP save dialog? Let it just take the first standard content type?
