Thanks for getting in touch. You can check the load behaviour in registry at the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\OnePlaceMail
here, can you please confirm the load behaviour is set to '3'?
If this is correct, can you please also check
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\OnePlaceMail
Please let me know how you go.
Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the suggestion!
Currently, you can select to only save an attachment to SharePoint, without the email - the steps for this are:
1. select the email (with attachment that you would like to save)
2. Select the OnePlaceMail addin (Save to SharePoint), via device menu
3. Here you can select to save only the attachment and de-select the email
4. After selecting Next, you can select a location in SharePoint. The attachment is now saved to SharePoint, without the email it was received with.
Thanks,

An error occurred while saving the comment Hey RG
I believe this issue has been resolved. The drop off library was using a custom template which needed to be added to the OnePlaceLive Configuration tool. This should now be appearing in the navigation tree.
Please let us know if you have any further issues
Kind regards

Sorry you are experiencing these issues. Thank you for advising the issue. In terms of troubleshooting - if the addin was working and now is not - could you please clear the cache on your device (depending on your device, this could be via Settings, Apps - Select Outlook - clear cache.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
We discussed this via email, however I would like to update this topic in case other users have a similar query.
When using Solution Profiles and the Central register setting, if you have a column such as "Project Manager" or Matter Manager - you can create a view, where the filter for this column is set to [Me].
Once this view is created in the central register list, you are able to use this view in OnePlaceLive to filter the projects/cases/support queries based on these items assigned to specific people.Further information on Central register and Solution profiles can be found here:

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Mary-anne
Thank you for your email. To turn off a prompt for a specific location, the easiest method is to add it to your favorites in OnePlaceMail. This also ensures that the location is always available in the Outlook navigation pane for the rule to work.
The steps are:
In Outlook, select OnePlaceMail from the menu
Select Favorites
Add the location to the right hand side.
Once you have added the location to favorites, select it. In the favorites dialogue box you will notice some options to rename the item or turn on/off prompts
Under the setting "When saving, prompt for properties" select "Only when necessary".
As long as you dont have any additional metadata here - the email will be saved without any prompts appearing. Please let me know if you have any further queries
Kind regards
ElissaAn error occurred while saving the comment Hi Darrel
Thanks for this suggestion! Currently using the desktop add in you can add a SharePoint location as a favorite and then create a rule in Outlook to automatically forward emails to that location.
As long as you are not capturing any additional metadata, you can turn off any prompts for that location so there is no user interaction required. Please let me know if you'd like further info!
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Danielle
Thank you for your feedback. From R7.5.2, when saving to SharePoint the save is completed in the background. If there is an issue saving to SharePoint, the icon in the home ribbon will have a red icon alert to let you know there was an issue.
if you select this, you will be able to resolve any issues with saving.
If you cancel the save, before completion, emails will also be moved to the 'Recovered Items' folder. To see the status of your saved emails, please select the 'Upload Status' from the home ribbon.
Please let me know if you have any further queries.
kind regards
