Switch to SharePoint View after browsing from a favourie
When browsing a favorite within OnePlaceMail and you have navigated down a couple of sites if you select switch to sharepoint view it takes to root item in the navigation field not the SharePoint Site location you are currently viewing within OnePlaceMail. We would expect the switch to Sharepoint to take you to the location you are currently viewing.

User can't find files after changing name in Active Directory
A user has recently changed her name and Active Directory has been updated to reflect this. This was a problem in SharePoint and she couldn't see her files (permissions issue). It was fixed by deleting the user in the site collection then adding her back in. She can now see her files in SharePoint, but can't find them in OnePlace mail. How can we resolve this issue>

Recently OPM stopped auto-categorizing emails moved to SharePoint. The setting is enabled for the user. Categorization works when copying emails to SharePoint.
Resetting the configuration option didn't resolve the issue. Any ideas?3 votes -

show solution profile register list folders in left navigation
Hi,
Could you please show solution profile register list folders and subfolders in the left navigation pane, expanded under the Solution Profiles heading. Refresh this list on a configurable basis.
Or show the fully expanded folder structure when dragging onto the Solution Profiles left navigation header (please make that a configurable option with # levels to auto-expand).
This will allow users to single click drag and drop to solution profile folders and subfolders, instead of multiple clicks needed currently to navigate the solution profile folder structure after dragging email(s) onto the Solution Profiles header.
Thank you.1 voteThank you for the suggestion !

Oneplace mail regional setting out of sync with SharePoint
Field validation fails. We have a date field which has validation that it cannot be in future =[Date <= [Today]]. This works fine on SharePoint, however when today's date is selected in Oneplace mail it gives an error stating that the date cannot be in future.
There seems to be a mismatch between oneplace mail date/time setting.

Display the information that is displayed on a document set welcome page.
When filing emails / documents or viewing documents into a document set it would be very useful if there was a way of having the welcome page information displayed as well. As this information would help ensure that the user has got the correct location to file the document and provide more information when viewing.

Emails not moving and end up in recovered files folder
Since updating to version 7.5.2, when I try to move or copy emails into OnePlaceMail folders, nothing happens (no prompt given to tag the files or confirmation of a successful move). After closing and restarting Outlook, the emails are in the Recovered files folder. Attempting to move/copy files again from the Recovered files folder just results in the same thing (the emails disappear and nothing happens). Any fix for this?

Item View Limit - O365 - How have you handled this
What strategies ought I consider for working around the 5,000 item view limit set in Office 365/SharePoint? For document libraries, it's relatively easy. For email data stores....confounding at best.
Please offer any "best practices" for using the power of OnePlaceMail and working around the 5,000 item limit.1 vote
